Advanced Electric Flexible Arm Tapping Machine used by Annai Savary Engineering for precision thread tapping of metal components, plates and fabricated assemblies. The flexible articulated arm provides multi-axis reach and allows efficient tapping of multiple holes without repeatedly repositioning large or heavy workpieces.

Equipped with high-torque electric tapping technology, PLC-controlled operation and touch-screen controls, the machine provides consistent thread depth and accurate tapping across production batches. Torque-limiting protection helps protect taps and components during operation.

This in-house tapping capability complements our laser cutting, CNC sheet metal bending, laser welding and industrial fabrication services, enabling efficient processing of custom metal components and assemblies at our TTC MIDC, Rabale, Navi Mumbai facility.
